what is the maximum amount of mortar can be put on wall bearing roof while doing tiling on first floor?

I am doing  first floor construction, its time for tiling just I wanted to know how much maximum mortar can be put while laying the tile. and my ground floor dimension is 27*15(length * width). the complete building is wall bearing and only 3 beams is used on rear side and 2 beams is used on frond side and those beams are supported on wall upto 5 feet.
